What to Expect

What to Bring

First Class:

  • Comfortable workout clothes.
  • Boxing gloves  (loaner gloves are available for beginners and are also available for purchase on-site).
  • A water bottle (filtered water is provided at the gym).
  • Hand wraps for wrist and knuckle support.

Recommended Gear (as you progress):

  • Your own Muay Thai boxing gloves.
  • Muay Thai shin guards for added protection during sparring.
  • Mouthguard for sparring
